Notarised Passport copy (all applicants)
Medical Report (all applicants)
Digital Passport photo (color, high resolution, no less then 500mb, JPG format)
Notarised Police Clearance (Adults only)
Asset proof of US$350,000 (Main applicant)
Notarised marriage certificate (if application includes spouse)
Notarised birth certificate of children
